Have you ever thought about art as a way of life? Did you know you can express your emotions with just one colour? You can't avoid art, because you are surrounded by it every day of your life. You can really see it in many forms. It gives you freedom of expressions and also it helps you relax. If the fact "art is a way of life" is true, then you can use any form of it anytime and anywhere you want.
Art can be found anywhere. Look around you. What you see is a part of everyday art. Nature itself is an art. For example, the sunset looks different each day. Likewise, each season has its own colours. Not only nature but also your surroundings and people around you are part of it. Any little detail can be looked at as art. Hence, everyday life is art.
It has many forms. It can be anything. In particular, in this term belong to music, paintings, dance, poems, stories and many other things. Furthermore, graffiti is art too but is mostly a form of vandalism. Another one can be photography. You can take photos of every detail you find beautiful or just capture memories. It could be still called art. Therefore, the faces of art are endless.
You can express emotions, experience, life through it. For instance, through red, you can show your excitement, passion, courage, energy and attention. Equally important, there is not only positive but also the negative meaning behind them. Yellow is a colour of enthusiasm, happiness, positivity, however, in a negative way is anxiety. Similarly, orange and red have negative meanings too. First one is ignorance and other is anger. On the contrary, we express the death of a family member or friend with wearing black clothes. Yet it has positive or neutral meanings, including power, control, authority, discipline, mystery and elegance. In brief, let your clothes speak instead of you.
To sum up, you can keep looking down while walking and do not care about art around you, which would be a shame. You should admire art in any form whenever you can. Express your feelings through colours and art. For relaxation, use a colouring book, in particular, relaxing colouring book, which can help you a lot. Also, if you do not like my essay, please release your anger, hate and dislike through painting or music. Then I would like to see it. Anything could be an art. So take care of yourself, because you are unique living art yourself.
